Here are a few questions we've seen in advance:
This client is for you to use directly. It's not a key that can be stuck everywhere - If you need to access your own tools such as Cursor and WorkBuddy, See Help Center section 5 How to apply for a key。
Your account number is your billing voucher. When someone uses your account, they're spending your credit.
The client manages the login status by itself. If it is modified manually, just delete the file and log in again:
Windows:C:\Users\your username\.newcclm\config.json
Mac/Linux: ~/.newcclm/config.json
Not sure if it is installed, run this to see the status. Being able to see the username and remaining amount means that everything is fine:
npx newcclm --status
Re-enter. NoteDon't show any characters when password is entered, this is normal, not that it was not imported.
Change the user name, or you may have already registered - then just press Enter to log in without typingr。
RE-RUNnpx newcclm. Just log in again and the username and password will remain unchanged.

This is not your problem, it's a temporary malfunction on our side. Please try again later; let us know if this continues.
When downloading a program from the Internet for the first time, it is sometimes slow in China, which is normal. If there is no response for more than two minutes, pressCtrl+CExit and try again.
Send us these three things, and you can locate them basically once:
1. Complete prompt on the screen (screenshot is most convenient)
2. The command you just entered
3. After which operation did the problem begin?
