Use this if you don't want to install any software. Open a website, fill in three values in the settings, and you can chat in the browser.

(You can also deploy a copy on your computer or server, and the data is completely in your own hands.)
Click on the bottom left corner of thesettings. ini(gear icon), fill in the "Custom interface" area:
/v1/chat/completions.
